Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy—you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in the same condition received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We can’t accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return to confirm approval. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
